Precision vs a coaching program

Precision is coaching that comes with three AI agents. You build them with us in the first 14 days, then we coach you every week on what to hand them next. So the coaching comes with something already doing the work.

I've coached over 500 founders, so I'm not about to trash coaching. This page is about the week between the calls.

What a good coach does that nothing else does

A good coach sees the pattern you can't see because you're standing in it. They've watched a hundred founders hit the same wall, so they know which wall it is. They ask the question you've been avoiding. They hold you to the thing you said you'd do.

That matters a lot, and I'm a believer. Some of the best decisions I've seen founders make came out of one good coaching call. "you've actually got a pro who's done it before in your corner, not someone who's just spouting something off that they heard on a … podcast or that they GPT." — Doza, CEO, Geronimo Academy

Most coaching ends with a to-do list. Ours ends with your agents already doing it.

You leave the call fired up. Great plan. Clear priorities. "Set up a follow-up system for every lead." "Get your numbers in one place." "Stop being the one who preps every meeting."

Then Monday hits. You're still doing all the sales calls. The inbox is still the inbox. And the to-do list from the call is now one more thing on the to-do list.

That's the gap a lot of founders tell me about. They've got plenty of motivation. They want somebody hands-on, and they want to see it implemented.

Pick a coaching program if…

– What you need most right now is strategy, a peer group or someone to hold you accountable.

– You've got the team and the hours to implement what you learn.

– You don't know what to do next yet, and that's what's holding you back.

Pick Precision if…

– You already know what to do. You just don't have the hours to do it.

– You want to learn, but you want to learn on something that's already running.

Already in a program you love? Keep it.

Seriously. If your coach is great, don't quit on my account. Strategy and peers are worth a lot. What we add is the part that happens between the calls. Your coach says "fix your follow-up." Your Chief Revenue Agent is already drafting the follow-ups and the proposals for you to send. Then on our weekly call we look at what's running and decide what it takes on next.

Every week we do the same thing inside Precision. We look at what our own agents ran and pick what they take on next.
