The coaching:
Become AI-native, and
your company will follow.
The founders who learn AI now are pulling away from everyone still waiting for someone else to figure it out for them. So every week, Matt and the team teach you what's actually working in AI, and you build it into your own business while you learn it. Your agents are running in 14 days. The skill stays with you.
Starts with a 27-minute call with our team.
We'll pick the first thing you learn to hand off.

Why now:
AI is getting better faster than anyone can keep up with.
Every seven months or so, the amount of work an AI agent can finish on its own doubles. That number comes from METR, a research group that measures exactly this, and they've been tracking it since 2019.
The AI companies already saw it. They're using AI to build AI.
Meanwhile, most founders I talk to are still trying to grow the old way: add another person to payroll and work late nights. That way of growing is about to get left behind.
The founders who learn this in the next couple of years are going to pull so far ahead it won't be close. The ones who sit it out will keep wondering why their company isn't growing as fast as it should.

The catch:
Most companies get nothing back from AI. It's not the AI's fault.
MIT looked at hundreds of company AI projects. 95% got no measurable return. The researchers called the problem a learning gap: the people running the business never learned how to make AI do real work inside it.
And you can't pay someone to close that gap for you. An agency builds you something shiny. It works for a month. Then the tools change (they change every month now), something breaks, and nobody in your company knows why. You're back at zero, minus the invoice.
Even if the build never broke, you'd still have a problem. What makes a good business good is the judgment and the taste, and that's all human. Nobody outside your company knows which follow-up matters, which client is about to leave, or what you should hand off first. That's the judgment, and right now it all lives in your head.
If there's a part of your business that's the thing that makes you special, don't outsource that. Going pro on AI is part of that thing now.
Four ways founders try to get there
And you won't learn it from Twitter either.
You've seen them. “I replaced my 50-person team with this one Claude prompt.” No, you didn't. And you probably never had a 50-person team.
Then there are the manic builders: people who can suddenly build anything, so they build everything, and end up with a rat's nest of bullshit that's a nightmare to maintain. I know because I did it. Three- and four-day coding benders early on at Precision, two hours of sleep, building further and further from what actually made us money.
Courses teach you on somebody else's business. You need to learn it on your own clients and your own numbers, with someone next to you who'll tell you what to automate first and what to leave alone.
How it works:
Your business is the classroom.

Who's coaching you:
Coached by someone who's actually run the thing.
I spent 10 years in the fire department before I built UpLaunch and sold it in an eight-figure exit. After that I spent three years as COO of SaaS Academy, where we coached 3,000+ founders with $1.2B in combined revenue, and I personally coached more than 500 of them. I co-wrote Software as a Science with Dan Martell.
I'm building Precision toward what I call a ten by ten, $10M in revenue with 10 people, and I'm doing it on the same agents you'll build. So what I teach you on the call is what I ran in my own company that week.
“The most valuable use of AI right now is to arm human beings to make better decisions faster, with near-perfect information, instead of making the decisions for them.”
Matt Verlaque
What founders say about the coaching
“We 3x'd revenue in the first 90 days, and I got myself down to two meetings per week. Working with Matt has been the highest ROI of any amount of money I've ever invested.”

“Getting coaching isn't just about the philosophy of what you need to do, it's about actually getting down and dirty doing it.”

“You've actually got a pro who's done it before in your corner, not someone spouting something they heard on a podcast or that they GPT.”
“Matt's coaching helped me get to $10K MRR in the first month of the launch.”
“Having somebody get into the weeds of my actual data was a huge part of helping me see it and grow it.”
This is for you if…
And probably not if…
Questions founders ask on the call
Seven months from now, AI will do twice as much. Will you know how to use it?
Every month you wait, the gap between you and the founders who are learning it gets wider. Book a 27-minute call with our team. We'll look at where your week goes and pick the first thing you'll learn to hand off.
