Terms of Service
1Who We Are
Precision ("Precision," "we," "us," or "our") is a software platform that lets businesses build data scorecards by connecting third‑party sources such as Facebook Login / Instagram Insights. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Precision and any person or entity ("User," "you," or "your") that creates an account or otherwise uses the Service.
2Acceptance
By accessing or using any part of the Service—including connecting a Facebook account—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
3The Service
Our Service includes:
- Collect, normalize, and display third‑party metrics inside customizable scorecards.
- Offer API endpoints and dashboards hosted by Precision.
- Integrations (e.g., Facebook Login) are optional add‑ons that you may enable or disable at any time from your account settings.
4Facebook / Instagram Integration

Privacy First: We do not request or store your personal profile, friends list, photos, or password. We never share Meta‑sourced data with third parties except sub‑processors listed in our Privacy Policy who are bound by equivalent confidentiality and deletion terms.
You may disconnect Facebook/Instagram at any time from Settings → Integrations or by emailing support@precision.co
5Your Obligations
- Provide accurate information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your Precision login credentials.
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and Meta Platform Terms.
- Do not (i) scrape, (ii) reverse engineer, or (iii) resell the Service without our written consent.
6Intellectual Property
We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service. You retain all rights in your own data. By uploading or connecting data sources, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive licence to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.
7Termination & Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@precision.co. Upon verified request we will:
- 1.Delete your account within 30 days.
- 2.Remove Facebook/Instagram access tokens immediately.
- 3.Delete all related metrics data within 90 days (except where legally required to retain).
8Privacy & Data Security
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. We implement industry‑standard security (e.g., encryption, access controls) but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9Disclaimer & Limitation
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
10Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on our website. Material changes will be notified via email or in‑app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
