For coaches

You're the coach, the person on every discovery call and the follow-up system. And you just set a bigger goal.

Go pro on AI before you make another hire.

Give us just a few minutes a day for 14 days, and you'll have your Chief of Staff, Chief Revenue and Chief Operations agents running on one brain that knows your business. Then Matt and the team coach you every week so AI actually makes you money.

Hey, it's Matt.

Quick question. When did you last follow up with everyone from your last webinar?

If the answer is "this morning, every single one," nice. Seriously. For everybody else, here's what I hear from coaches pretty much every week.

You do all the sales calls. You run the sessions. You're the only one who knows which client has gone quiet and whose program ends next month. Client check-ins happen when you remember them. Which is not always.

The follow-up is where it leaks. Somebody sits through your whole webinar, you chase them for a couple of weeks, and then they just kind of drop out of your follow-up. A discovery call goes great and the "here's how to join" email goes out four days later, after they've cooled off.

Then renewals. Maybe you moved people to annual, which was smart. Now the first ones are coming up and you haven't really talked to half of them since kickoff.

Maybe you already tried to fix it. Bought a little AI course, got through one video and thought, I do not have time to do all of that. Or you're about to hire a setter and you're not totally sure what you'd hand them on day one.

I don't think it has to be like that. Most coaches I talk to have more demand than they're catching. The follow-up, the inbox and the prep just have to stop living in your head.

The agents:

Your Chief of Staff, Chief Revenue and Chief Operations agents, in a coaching business.

Chief of Staff Agent

Your priorities, your inbox, every meeting.

Triages your inbox, so client emails, new enquiries and newsletters stop sitting in one pile. Keeps track of every open loop, like the worksheet you promised a client. And preps you for every discovery call and session.

Chief Revenue Agent

Every deal, follow-up and renewal.

Answers the "so how does your program work?" emails while you're in session. Drafts the enrollment email after a good discovery call, so it's ready that day. And follows up with the webinar people, the "not right now" people and the renewals coming up.

Chief Operations Agent

Your numbers, your bottleneck, your team.

Knows your numbers: leads, calls booked, show-ups, enrollments, renewals. Sends you a daily brief. And finds the one thing holding back growth, which for a lot of coaches is pretty boring. Plenty of leads, not enough booking a call.

You still make the calls. The agents bring you what needs a decision, and nothing reaches a client until you've said yes.

ToRachel Kim

Hi Rachel, thanks for staying for the whole webinar. Yes, you can split it into three monthly payments.

Want me to send the link so you can grab a spot in Friday's group?

"My clients pay for me. I don't want a bot coaching them."

Good. Me neither.

My rule is automate the shit that's easy first. And if there's a part of your business that's the thing that makes you special, don't outsource that. For you that's the coaching. The session, the hard conversation, the read on what a client actually needs this week. That stays yours, because that's the judgment.

What the agents take is everything around it. The inbox, the follow-up, the prep, the numbers. The stuff that eats your week and that nobody's paying you for.

Show me where your people drop off.

On the call we look at your actual week, your programs, your calendar, where people drop off, and figure out which three jobs your agents take first. If your setup won't work with ours, I'll tell you before you pay a thing. We'll go through price on the call too.

P.S. If you're telling yourself you'll figure out the AI thing after this next launch, cool. Or book the call, and we'll show you what your agents would be doing during it.
