In a hurry?
Email support@precision.co with the subject line “Facebook Data Deletion Request” and include the email tied to your Precision account (or your App‑Scoped Facebook User ID). We’ll take it from there.
Why might you want your data deleted?
When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account to Precision, we pull metrics (followers, reach, engagement, post‑level data) so you can see them in your scorecards. If you later disconnect or simply prefer that we erase everything we stored, just follow the steps below.
Step‑by‑Step Deletion Request
Send an email
To: support@precision.co
Subject: Facebook Data Deletion RequestInclude the following in your email:The email address used for your Precision login orYour Facebook App‑Scoped User ID (you can find this in Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations → Precision).Verify your identity (if needed)
For security, we may reply asking you to confirm:You can respond from the same email linked to your Precision account orReply from the Facebook Business Manager that owns the connected Page.What happens next?Revoke stored Facebook/Instagram tokens → Within 24 hours
Erase FB/IG metrics from live databases → Within 7 business days
Purge encrypted backups → Within 30 daysConfirmation
