Get your mornings back without hiring anyone.
I'll walk you through the daily AI loop my team uses to get stuff off my plate, live, in 90 minutes. Doesn't matter if you've got an EA, a VA, an ops person or nobody yet.

Hey, it's Matt.
Quick question. Do you think you're getting everything you could out of the people on your team right now?
If the answer is “yep, we're perfect,” love that for you. You can close this tab.
For everybody else, this is pretty much what I hear from founders every single week. The team's fine, honestly. The problem is you're the bottleneck.
- You're the one who remembers what you promised that client on Thursday.
- You're still prepping your own calls and writing your own follow-ups.
- Because by the time you've explained it to somebody, you could've just sent the thing yourself.

Maybe you hired an EA or a VA to fix that and it kind of worked. Or maybe you haven't hired anyone yet because you honestly can't picture what you'd even hand them.
Either way it's the same problem. Everything your team needs to take work off your plate is stuck in your head, and it's not coming out on its own.
It doesn't have to be like that. I think pretty much any business could double with the people it already has.
There's a ton of unused capacity sitting in most teams. They just need some different tools and a way to get the context out of your head.
My chief of staff Taylor used to spend an hour a day prepping our admin sync. Now it's 15 minutes, “and it's better.”
That's 45 minutes a day back from one loop.
Morning Matt. One thing needs you before 8:00.
Jen at Northpeak wants the renewal number. Your call notes say $5K/mo. I drafted the reply.Handled overnight:
Told Marcus Northpeak is 6 posts a month, per the contract.I've personally coached over 500 founders on exactly this handoff: getting stuff out of the founder's head and onto somebody else's plate. One of them said it like this:
“He taught me how to duplicate myself with an executive assistant, which I was always wary of... He has saved me from so many costly mistakes that have happened in hiring and scaling...”
Dziugas Butkus, co-founder of LegacyMost founders I talk to have already tried to fix this one of two ways.
Some go back to hiring, which is another salary and another person who still has to come ask you everything. The rest try AI, and almost everybody starts in the wrong place.

Hardest job first
They grab their hairiest, most important process, the 27-step one that basically runs the company, hand it to ChatGPT, and wait for a magical three-legged purple unicorn.
It falls on its face. They go “oh, well, AI is stupid,” and they're back to doing it all themselves.
Automate the easy shit
That's my rule, after two years of building this inside my own company.
You're spending way more of your week on easy, repetitive stuff than you think you are. That's the exact stuff AI is good at.
You still make the calls, because that's the judgment and it's yours. AI just gets everything prepped so a call takes you a couple of minutes instead of an hour.
You're the most expensive assistant in your company.
Every week, you're the one remembering everything. Those are hours you're supposed to be spending on sales, innovation and your best clients, the stuff only you can do.
And the founders who figure this out first are going to run bigger, better businesses with the team they've already got, while you're still answering “hey, quick question” messages at 9 p.m.
And no, you don't need to be technical. There's a bunch of nerd shit under the hood and you never have to touch it. If you can forward an email, you can set this up.
Here's what we'll cover
- The five things to hand off Monday morning, ranked by how much of your week they eat. A couple are embarrassingly easy.
- The one question I ask before I automate anything, so you don't hand AI the thing that makes your business special.
- Why your team keeps coming back to you with questions, and the one doc that answers most of them before they ask.
- How to check AI-prepped work in a couple of minutes, so you stop quietly redoing everything at 10 p.m.
- The mistake that made our first version full of inaccuracies and way too long, and the small change that fixed it.
- The morning routine where you're approving stuff instead of doing it.
- Your own loop, mapped out live, so you can start running it the next morning.
Plus these bonuses
- The Loop MapThe one-page template we fill out live, so you can redo it for every part of your business.
- The Starter Skills PackThe prompts and checklists we use for triage, call prep and follow-ups, ready to copy.
- First 20 only: a 20‑minute 1:1 quickstartA 20-minute call with my team after the workshop, where we coach you on how to implement this in your specific business.
- The replayWatch it again with your team so everybody runs the loop the same way.

My Chief of Staff, Taylor, got 45 minutes a day back, about 15 hours a month. If this gets you even one hour back it's paid for itself, and I'd be surprised if you only find one.
Save my seat for $97If you show up and it's not worth $97, reply to any of my emails and I'll refund you. No explaining required.
- Zoom link and calendar invite emailed right after you register
- 90 minutes, including live Q&A
- Everybody gets the replay
- One ticket covers you and whoever helps you run things. Bring last week's calendar.
Don't come if…
- You want AI to run the company while you check out.
- You want a tech course. This isn't one.
- You're not ready to hand anything off yet.
Save your $97. This is for founders who are the bottleneck and want stuff off their plate the next morning.
P.S. If you've been telling yourself you'll “figure out the AI thing” next quarter, cool.
Or you could come hang out with me for 90 minutes and get the stuff out of your head and onto somebody else's plate.
